The seller will be deemed to have read and agreed with the terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them.

THE BUYER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the seller, inspect, negotiate and agree all prices, delivery, collection and conditions of sale with the seller.

The buyers 'contract for the sale of the item' is with the seller and not with Todeloo.
